An Employee Driven Philanthropy Program
TogetherWeCare (TWC) is a program by voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation designed to support our employees in giving back to the community through paid volunteer hours and company-sponsored charitable donations. We are committed to creating meaningful opportunities to serve and enrich our communities.
HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOUR ORGANIZATION
Our employees are eager to volunteer their time and skills to support local nonprofits. We offer volunteer hours for activities such as:
- Habitat for Humanity builds
- Local food bank distribution
- School support (classroom help, organizing, teacher assistance, etc)
- Environmental clean-up efforts
- Packing backpacks with weekend meals
- Volunteering at shelters or community centers
- Low-physical-demand projects at RFC locations
We also provide company-sponsored donations to support events and organizations. If your organization needs financial assistance, you can request a donation.
