voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation has been extremely involved with the community since it opened in Shelbyville in 1949. The oldest manufacturing company in Shelbyville, Kentucky has been consistently active in raising funds for non-profit organizations in the region year over year. In fact, it’s a team effort. “Winning Together” is not only a value at RFC but it is actually lived out through its employees everyday on the job and out into the community. It’s the basis for their culture.
Accepting on behalf of RFC were Aerospace Production Supervisor, Kris Strother, Marketing Specialist, Kim Bentley, Lean Manager, Susan Nally, retired Plant Manager, Tony Carriss, and retired CEO, Ray Leathers. Not pictured: Margo Williams
